CEO & Founder
Mr. M. Udhaya Kumar, the visionary behind Happy Minds Charitable Trust, is a passionate social entrepreneur and community development professional. He completed his Master of Arts in Development Management (2015–2017) from the prestigious Madras School of Social Work (MSSW), Chennai – one of India’s leading institutions for social work and development studies
From his student days, Udhaya Kumar was deeply committed to addressing the struggles faced by underprivileged children, unemployed youth, and marginalized families. His strong belief that “education and opportunity can change lives” led him to dedicate his career to community empowerment and nation-building
His Journey
During his post-graduation at MSSW, he worked closely with NGOs, CSR projects, and community organizations, gaining hands-on experience in education, livelihood development, and social awareness campaigns.
After 2017, he entered the development sector and took up leadership roles in student mobilization, training, and youth employment programs.
Over the years, he has been instrumental in connecting thousands of students with skill development training, job placements, and career guidance opportunities.
With a strong network among colleges, corporates, hospitals, and community groups, he built a foundation of trust that now benefits the Happy Minds initiatives

Vigneshwaran has 15 years of experience in fundraising and NGO management. He is a passionate social leader who works hard to improve the lives of children in need. Over the years, he has led many campaigns, raised resources, and built strong networks to make sure every project creates a real impact.
He is known for his dedication and often spends his personal time to ensure children get the support they deserve. Under his leadership, the team works in an organized and motivated way, always focused on results.
He believes that every donation can change a child’s life. From giving orthopedic equipment to supporting education and other social programs, his efforts bring hope, opportunity, and happiness to children.
